Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Warehouses & Shipping Methods

  • US Warehouse: In-stock items ship directly from our U.S. facility for faster delivery.

  • International Orders: Items shipping outside the U.S. are fulfilled from our China warehouse using sea or rail freight by default.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping:

    • U.S. Warehouse: 5–10 business days once shipped.

    • International Orders: 25–30 business days (varies by destination & customs clearance).

  • Express Shipping: Available at extra cost. Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch (in addition to processing time).

Remote Areas & Appointment Delivery

  • For oversized packages, carriers may require a phone appointment before delivery.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may experience longer delivery times.

  • Please answer calls from the shipping company promptly to avoid delays.

Multi-Box Shipments

  • Due to the size of our go-karts, orders are shipped in 3–4 boxes.

  • All boxes must be received together for a complete product.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed or texted once your order ships.

  • Please note: For international shipments, real-time tracking information may take 20–30 days to update due to the shipping process.

    Here is how it works:

    1. Order Processing (5–7 business days)
      After we receive your order, the package will be handed over to our freight forwarder within 5–7 business days.

    2. Overseas Shipping (20–30 days)
      Your order will be shipped by sea or rail. During this stage, the tracking page may only show “shipment information created” without any estimated delivery date, because the container is still in transit.

    3. Customs Clearance (3–5 business days)
      Once your shipment arrives in your country, it will go through customs. Normally, this takes about 3–5 business days unless there are special circumstances.

    4. Domestic Delivery (Real-time tracking available)
      After customs clearance, your local courier picks up the package. From this point onward, real-time tracking information becomes available, and your order will be delivered to your address as soon as possible.
