Q1: Is the go-kart fully assembled?
A: No. Due to the size of the product, some assembly is required. The main frame, wheels, and steering column need to be installed. We provide all necessary tools along with a detailed instruction manual and video guide.

Q2: How many boxes will I receive?
A: Most models are shipped in 3–4 boxes. Please wait until all boxes have arrived before starting assembly to ensure all parts are included.

Q3: Do I need to schedule delivery?
A: For oversized shipments, carriers may require a phone appointment before delivery. Please keep your phone available to avoid delays.

Q4: What if I change my mind after delivery?
A: Unopened, unassembled items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Q5: What if parts are damaged or missing?
A: Please report any damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship replacement parts free of charge or arrange a return if needed.

Q6: Is it safe for children to ride?
A: Our go-karts are recommended for teens aged 10+ and adults, under adult supervision. Helmets and protective gear are required for safety.

Q7: Can I ride it on public roads?
A: No. These go-karts are designed for off-road use only and are not street-legal in most areas.

Q8:Why hasn't the logistics information been updated for so long?

A：Please note: For international shipments, real-time tracking information may take 20–30 days to update due to the shipping process.

Here is how it works:

  1. Order Processing (5–7 business days)
    After we receive your order, the package will be handed over to our freight forwarder within 5–7 business days.

  2. Overseas Shipping (20–30 days)
    Your order will be shipped by sea or rail. During this stage, the tracking page may only show “shipment information created” without any estimated delivery date, because the container is still in transit.

  3. Customs Clearance (3–5 business days)
    Once your shipment arrives in your country, it will go through customs. Normally, this takes about 3–5 business days unless there are special circumstances.

  4. Domestic Delivery (Real-time tracking available)
    After customs clearance, your local courier picks up the package. From this point onward, real-time tracking information becomes available, and your order will be delivered to your address as soon as possible.
