See It in Action
The kids love it. They have a great time and run it until the battery is done everytime. I would like to buy a backup battery but I don't see one.
What a great kart! It only took me 4 hours to put together! Unfortunately the motor broke immediately getting in and going about 20-30 feet down my driveway. I was told that the chain was probably too tight on arrival. Anyway, I reached out for a replacement motor. They sent the new one, which took about 2 months to receive. While waiting I did some painting and overall customizing, extending the foot rest, etc. When the new motor arrived it looked like it took a beating! The box it arrived in looks good, but the wires seem to have melted and there is even a gouge in the hall wire connector and the hall wires seem melted too. I was done waiting. I dropped a motor from Vevor in the kart and it runs like a dream. After trying it, I also upgraded the brakes and the handle grips. Overall it is a good speed, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. I will probably be upgrading it more later with a bigger battery, but if your looking for a good starter kart, this is it. Just check the tension on the chain first, or else you may end up like me and have to put in your own motor.
Review of Electric Go-KartFirst, lemme say that the kart was very well packed and packaged. It all came in one large box, which I hand-carted into my garage before opening. The individual parts and pieces all appear to be quite substantial, and all the holes match up, too! The included tools are adequate for the purpose, but you’ll probably benefit from using your own ratchets, sockets, and box-end wrenches. (I know I did.) The dinky little pamphlet that came with the kart contained a two-page Part List (with pictures of all listed items), and five pages of Assembly Steps, with 19 pictures, all of which are still photos from the video on this webpage. The Part List was adequate, although some terms were strange (to me, at least) but the accompanying pictures clarified what could have been otherwise puzzling (“anti-seismic” for shock absorber; “screw” for bolt (or machine screw); “tire peg” for cotter pin; “gasket” for washer; “LCD” for instrumentation panel). However, the parts list didn’t clearly show the two steering tie rods (at all), the two large split (lock) 16mm i.d. washers (for placement under the large castellated nut to attach the front wheels to the stub axles), or the two included 8x20mm bolts with nuts.* Assembly was relatively easy, and the instructions in the pamphlet are fairly clear and complete, but I take SERIOUS ISSUE with the statement on page 2 of the pamphlet, which sez: “Please set aside at least 40 minutes for assembly.” I know I’m old, slow, and not in a great hurry, but the processes of: unpacking; unwrapping the yards of stretch cling wrap around the parts; reducing the (very strong) cardboard to recyclable-size pieces for my recycle container; and checking the parts against the list, all took me WAAAY longer than 40 minutes. After I got the kart assembled, I spent quite a while checking and adjusting the camber (@2-3°)and toe-in (⅛”). I only have two complaints, and they’re fairly minor: First, IMO, the fasteners to attach the seat are not adequately sized for the mounting bracket holes, and need to be reinforced with larger washers; Second, the assembly and attachment of the “LCD” panel/handlebar/headlight is exasperatingly difficult and awkward, especially for a single person (you’ll notice in the video that it’s being done with a helper). Rather than struggle with it and get hot, sweaty, and frustrated, I bought four 8x100mm studs, screwed them into the holes in the front head column, stacked the headlight, the handlebar pressure blocks with handlebar sandwiched between, and the LCD panel over the four upward-protruding studs, then replaced the studs, one at a time, with the four mounting bolts…. Easy-Peasey!*These two 8x20mm bolts are clearly intended for attaching the seat to the frame; they go up thru holes in the two flanges on the frame into the recessed hexagonal holes in the back of the seat bottom, into which the 8x29mm nuts must be pressed from the top (the holes are hexagonal so the nuts won’t turn [while you tighten the bolts from below], since you can’t get a wrench on them; and recessed so they don’t protrude into your butt!). The hexagonal nuts are a very tight fit in the holes, so I had to “pull” them into place by using a longer bolt, shimmed with washers, to seat them in the holes. The two 6x25mm machine screws are for attaching the front of the seat bottom. (The two 6x40mm machine screws were intended, I guess, to be used to attach the back of the seat bottom to the frame, by someone who belatedly realized that those two 8x20mm bolts would be difficult to use, due to the tight fit for the nuts, and due to the holes in the flanges being too tight for the bolts, and too loose for the screws (I had to ream them out a little bit).(On another note, the battery doesn’t charge nearly as fast as it should, and certainly not as fast as the little charger instruction sheet sez it will.)Riding: the Kart is peppy; however, the seat is uncomfortable; the “take-off” is abrupt and thus jerky. There was no operator’s or owner’s manual, but that didn’t prove to be a big obstacle.
Everything arrived as stated and in perfect working order. No missing or broken parts. Reasonable quality on all parts for the price. Some unexpected fine adjustments during assembly necessary, for example the rear wheel bearings needed gentle tapping with hammer to push the bearing inside its case in the rean axle (both sides), otherwise the brake disk would not align with the caliper and the drive chain gear/motor gear would not align. Other than that it was a perfect ready to assemble kit. Also we lubricated the gears, wheels etc which allows now for smooth coasting and quieter drive. Absolute hit with the kids in terms of fun! Suggestion for improvements … dust/sand protector for drive chain maybe also a rubber boot for the tie rod ball joints. Also be more realistic on the distance capable. We can drive realistically 15 miles…no where near 40.

Assembly was a little tricky - but you should be able to figure it out. The instructions aren't terrible and the thing is mostly pre-assembled anyways. The only steps I struggled with were getting the front shocks on, and the steering wheel + head lamp mounted. Everything else is pretty easy and intuitive. My 11 year old son (average height/weight) loves this thing. The speed is perfect for him. It's not too fast, not too slow. Super low center of gravity so very hard to flip over. The 6" tires and suspension can handle pretty rugged terrain. The value is great. I am thinking about buying another one just for when friends come over! It's also a drift beast on gravel/dirt roads, or wet grass.I'm 6'3" 200 lbs and it's fun for me as well but noticeably slower and a bit cramped (but totally drivable). I would want a little more power and an extended foot rest. I do wish the throttle had moreMy only concern is maybe some of the nuts are going to loosen up over time. I marked them all with a marker to see if they are spinning loose. If so, I will take the nut off and re-install with a thread locking compound.I really hope this company will start selling the same exact go-kart with an extended foot rest (for taller riders) and a larger motor.

This thing is absolutely awesome!! It’s super solid and I can tell it can take a beating. Upon arrival, it was it a 6 sided wood crate. The seat had a crack and the brake disk was slightly bent. I fixed the brake disk with a set of pliers and the brakes work perfectly. Zyliathor customer service is amazing!! I let them know about the seat and they’re sending a replacement with free shipping! Between the build quality and the experience with customer support, I would give this a 10 star if possible! Literally the only thing that is lacking is the instructions are terrible, but if you’re even moderately mechanically inclined, it’s pretty easy to figure out assembly.I picked this up for my son’s 5th birthday and speed setting 1 seems perfectly safe! He’ll be able to grow into it over time, and when he’s bored with it, it’s super easy to modify by adding a larger battery, more powerful motor and faster sprocket. There’s a few that have clocked 62mph with $650 in Amazon mods!!

So far so good. This thing is super robust and crazy fast if you want it to be (60kph). My kid loves it. Takes a bit to put together, the instructions suck, but if you're remotely mechanically inclined you'll be fine. My only complaint is that even on low it's pretty fast (max 30kph). A bit fast for little kids. BUT, I found a super quick and cheap fix. I installed this potentiometer dial https://a.co/d/04EWhdXv on the throttle connection (red, black, and green wires) and can now set it as slow as I want. Everyone wins!
Shockingly good for the price. We got the electric version because our HOA doesn't allow gas powered recreational vehicles. My kids love it and it's does great with my 6'3" 230 lbs on it. Managed to get up to 60 kph with me on it. I was honestly surprised. The off-road capability is also surprisingly good. We have 3 acres of very lumpy land and it handled it great. The instructions are not great but we are mechanically inclined. So my son and I had it assembled in about an hour and a half. Otherwise plan on inviting your handy friend over to help.
Edit: we rode the heck out of this go cart and the brakes wore out! This company sent me not just 1 replacement brake assembly but 2 and didn’t even charge me! Superior customer service!Wow! I weigh 210 pounds and it still goes fast even with my 6 year old grand daughter sitting on my lap! This thing is super fun! Whole family loves it I may get another one!
So much fun for the whole family, we all get to ride it around. Very sturdy very fast. I like that there are 3 gears to shift into speed wise, so my younger son can also ride.
The go-kart exceeded my expectations in both performance and design. It is significantly faster than anticipated, yet remains stable and easy to control. The size accommodates an adult rider (under 6 foot) while still being intuitive and manageable for a child to operate.Assembly took approximately one hour, and the instructions were clear, well-organized, and easy to follow. I did encounter a minor issue during the initial setup, but the company’s customer service was exceptional. Their communication was prompt and professional, and they resolved the matter quickly and efficiently.Overall, this is a great product backed by a responsive and reliable company. I would highly recommend it.
I gave it five stars because of the price range but other than a couple, I don't know, I guess you could say, plastic parts. This thing is solid and it's a beast and it'll make you chuckle, especially if you're 50 years old and about 170 lb, it's just fine! 🤙🏻Btw, if you can figure out how the change it from kilometers per hour to miles per hour please, repost like I did and thanks in advance...
Super fun! Bought for our 13 year old son, and he loves it. We live next to the desert and he takes it out daily. The only down fall is how many parts it comes in. We were missing a bolt and the instructions(paper copy) SUCK. Definitely watch the video, which still missed one part on installing the ignition. We were also missing one bolt which we were able to find at a local hardware store. All in all id do it again. The fun and excitement is worth it. Hes 5'4, im 5'7 and his dad is 6' and we all drove it.
The kids love it. They have a great time and run it until the battery is done everytime. I would like to buy a backup battery but I don't see one.

This go cart is well made. My husband had no problems with putting it together. He said the company paid attention to detail. The customer service was great as well. It does not have a seatbelt so don’t expect one.
Uuuff excelente
Best toy ever!!
Fast its recommended

This is fun as hell! Easy to assemble and lives up to what is advertised. 30 mph with me riding it and I am 225lbs. Long battery life.
Very happy with go cart. Kids love it, has tons of power and speed. The 3 speed settings allow it to be safe for my young child. Looks great and happy with the price. Customer service was very helpful as well when I reached out
We love it! Even the adults ride around on this! Little kids need some learning time but it goes forever and charges quickly. We plan to buy another one!
my grandaughter loves it!!!!
A ton of fun! They are so fast. As for the down side, the instructions are not great, you will need to use some of your own tools and common sense. Have some one help you put it together, its a bit daunting.
This thing is awesome. 48v is more than enough for my backyard track. It has more power than expected. I had a problem with the brake when it was new and the company sent out a complete brake setup when I contacted them. Recommend for sure.
