Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Warehouses & Shipping Methods

  • US Warehouse: In-stock items ship directly from our U.S. facility for faster delivery.

  • International Orders: Items shipping outside the U.S. are fulfilled from our China warehouse using sea or rail freight by default.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping:

    • U.S. Warehouse: 5–10 business days once shipped.

    • International Orders: 25–30 business days (varies by destination & customs clearance).

  • Express Shipping: Available at extra cost. Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch (in addition to processing time).

Remote Areas & Appointment Delivery

  • For oversized packages, carriers may require a phone appointment before delivery.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may experience longer delivery times.

  • Please answer calls from the shipping company promptly to avoid delays.

Multi-Box Shipments

  • Due to the size of our go-karts, orders are shipped in 3–4 boxes.

  • All boxes must be received together for a complete product.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed or texted once your order ships.

  • You can check the shipment status online at any time.
